About
Let me introduce myself, I am Connie and I have been healthcare most of my life. I first became an RN and worked in clinical settings. As I remained in health care, I found myself wanting to help people struggling with personal issues and behaviors. I decided to get a counseling degree to assist with emotional and physical issues. They both affect our well-being. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to where you can feel better about your life and future. Sometimes that can involve looking at self-care. Many of us struggle to take care of our own needs and forget how important it is to care for ourselves. Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, but you're making the right choice. You deserved to find a safe space to heal and grow.
