I am a licensed therapist with over ten years of experience providing one on one counseling. I have worked with clients facing a broad range of life stressors, including depression, anxiety, insomnia and traumatic stress responses. I have many years of experience in treating individuals facing multiple issues at the same time, including substance use problems and intimate partner violence. My most recent focus has been working with service members and veterans.

I provide a nonjudgmental space for individuals to feel safe. I believe in developing a strong therapeutic relationship to support clients in meeting their goals. I utilize a combination of evidenced based techniques to address difficult issues.
