Hello and Welcome! I'm so glad you're considering this next step for yourself.
I'm a Bilingual Therapist (English & Spanish) with over 20 years experience in the counseling field. I have had a chance to work with a variety of needs throughout my career, including serving individuals facing struggles with anxiety, depression, family struggles, life transitions and grief, and those in need of crisis counseling.
Finding the right therapist is tricky, and there are so many of us! I sometimes think that therapists are like shoes; there are so many choices, and so many different needs. You never know which one is the right fit until you try those shoes on. It's my sincere hope that you find the right fit for the situation you are currently facing and trying to gain new understanding for.
