My name is Connie Davis and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Illinois. I have been working as a counselor/therapist for over sixteen years. I have worked with individuals and families who have struggled with depression, anxiety, trauma, impulsivity, anger, and crisis. I believe that we all have the opportunity to grow especially when facing life challenges or challenging situations. I find it a privilege and honor to help you through yours. It is important to me that you feel safe and supported in your journey. Therefore, I tend to be laid back approach to social work using genuine warmth and humor to help you. My therapy is based in solution focused and mindfulness models of therapy. The therapeutic theories I work from are primarily Cognitive Behavioral Theory and Attachment Theory.

I offer messaging, video, chat and phone sessions with limited availability some evenings and weekends. I have other times available for video, phone chats upon request.
