Connie is a Certified EMDR therapist who uses an intuitive and strengths based approach to guide clients on their journey to healing and thriving as they manage stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, and/or addictions. She uses her training in Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy, Energy Psychology, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Mindfulness to provide customized therapy for each client. As an educator for over 2 decades, she continues to share her knowledge and passion as an EMDRIA Consultant-in-Training, helping to train the next generation of EMDR therapists.
