About

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and pending licensed clinical drug and alcohol counselor (LCADC) in New Jersey with experience working with individuals, groups, families, and couples. My work includes complex trauma, drug, alcohol and other addictive disorders, attachment issues, boundary issues, emotional regulation, anxiety and depression, relationship and parenting issues, and military and veteran issues. I believe in a strengths-based, client-centered approach that focuses on one's overall health and well-being, utilizing somatic and mindfulness-based interventions, as well as traditional talk therapy modalities.

My counseling style is fun and engaging, compassionate and understanding. I believe that people are transformed by the therapeutic relationship and that growth happens in the context of a safe, warm relationship and a secure base. Together, we will create goals that are relevant and achievable that focus on your specific needs and desires.
