I am a licensed therapist in Ohio with over 21 years of experience. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including women's issues, men's issues, parent-child conflict, depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, grief/loss, self esteem, relationship conflict, abuse, stress management, and anger management.

My goal is to provide a safe, confidential environment for you to examine the aspects of your life that are not working for you. I will utilize strategies to support you in creating your own sustainable solutions. My purpose as a counselor is to empower my clients to identify their own strengths to face problems and successfully navigate these challenges. I also want to assist you in developing self- awareness, and to facilitate an environment to help you select more life affirming choices and to leave negative patterns behind. Together, we can work through your challenges, whether it involves current stressors that interfere with daily life or past events that keep emerging. I want to expand your thoughts on what is possible, to offer you a vison for the future.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and humanism in order to tailor our dialog and treatment plan. By doing so, I meet your unique and specific needs. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels.
