My work in a wide variety of settings has sharpened my clinical skills to best support clients struggling with trauma symptoms, burnout, stress, mood disorders and addiction. I am committed both personally and professionally to developing healthy relationships and meaningful communication. It is my belief that therapy should be a gentle process to help with alleviation of mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual illnesses.
