Welcome to Find A Therapist - My name is Colleen Moury and I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker practicing in Ohio. I have worked in direct practice offering individual and group mental health and substance use disorder counseling services since 2017. I am experienced in providing services to clients seeking treatment for a wide variety of reasons and/or diagnoses, including opioid and other substance dependency, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and relationship problems.

I adhere to a strengths-based and client-centered approach, recognizing the dignity and worth of all individuals. It is vital in my practice to treat all clients with respect, compassion, and professionalism. I develop a partnership with all clients with whom I work - recognizing that you are the expert on you! Specific interventions I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Narrative Therapy.
