Congratulations on taking the first step toward feeling better! Hi, I am Colleen Hughes, a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years experience helping individuals and families navigate the complexities and challenges of their lives. Whether it is anxiety, depression, loneliness, self-esteem or relationship problems, trauma, grief and loss or other pains of the soul, we are all struggling with something that keeps us from being our best selves.

I believe that positive change and healthy growth best occurs within a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship that is non-judgmental and safe. I would like to offer that opportunity to you.

My approach to counseling is solution focused, strength based and goal oriented. My counseling style is interactive and empathetic. Together we will develop tools and strategies for you to create change in your life. Along the way you will come to see yourself and those around you more clearly.

My availability is primarily weekends and evenings. We can arrange our time together in whatever manner is best for you: text, telephone or video. I look forward to working with you!
