Welcome! And if you are reading this then you are interested in therapy. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in the state of CA. I specialize in working with adults that have experienced trauma. I believe that therapy is a sacred space for you to explore and create your most fulfilled self. As such, I believe in a client centered approach whereby I understand that your unique experiences and intersectionality create who you are as a person. My clients usually comment on my intuition, pattern seeking abilities and compassion.
I am a trauma-informed therapist and that means that I work from a lens whereby trauma is often, not always, the underlying issue. My clients tend to be those that have experienced childhood abuse, sexual abuse, relationship issues, anxiety, or depression. If you work with me you will get tangible tools for your anxiety, depression, or trauma with compassion.
