Hello! I am a counselor licensed in New Jersey with over 11 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, chronic health conditions, adoption related concerns, and traumatic brain injury. I also have extensive experience working with older adults and those facing end of life.
I would describe my counseling style as warm and flexible based on my client's needs. I absolutely will treat everyone with respect and compassion. I will be on your team! My counseling approach is a combination of cognitive behavioral, humanistic, motivational interviewing, and dialectical counseling. I work with each client individually to focus treatment on what works best for them.
