My name is Colleen Phillips. I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in the states of Louisiana (13075) and Mississippi (C8654). I have experience working with clients from a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, role/life transitions, grief and caregiver strain. I also have experience helping many people who have experienced abuse and neglect in their home setting. It takes courage to take the first steps towards a change. You've taken the first step by looking for some support. I hope to work with you to help you reach your desired level of well-being. My approach My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, with each encounter. My approach combines multiple counselling techniques to help individuals move towards the well-being they desire. I have training in techniques including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Cognitive Process Therapy (CPT).
