Hi there, I'm Colette. Do you find yourself getting anxious, worried, feeling overwhelmed, lost in negative thoughts, feeling uncertain about the future, experiencing mood swings, having difficulties with your relationships, work? I'm here to help you manage these experiences more skillfully. I'm trained in EMDR, Mindfulness, DBT and CBT and look forward to partnering with you to identify factors keeping you stuck and get you back to a healthy balance. Together, we will utilize evidenced based practice to help you develop a healthier relationship with yourself. In sessions, I will meet you where you are, and provide you with compassion and a safe space to heal.
