About

I am a License Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience in counseling families, couples, and individuals from 5 years of age to 65 years of age. As a counselor, I have worked in a variety of settings with diverse populations, cultures, and ethnic groups. I am trained to treat several mental health conditions or issues including anxiety, depression, grief, mood disorder, adjustment disorder, and personality disorders. I have spent the last 15 years working in the state, private, and public-school systems. My experience as a counselor and education allows me to apply family system theories and psychotherapeutic techniques to help others improve their lives, develop better thinking skills, social skills, emotional skills, and cope strategies.

Life can be difficult, and my goal is to provide a healthy, unbiased, safe, and nurturing environment so that anyone can talk through their experiences without being judged.
