I am a licensed therapist in Wisconsin and Iowa with 28 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with fears, panic attacks, stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, depression & relationship conflicts. I do not provide couples counseling, but would want you to work with a couples marital counselor if this is your need.
Most importantly I help clients understand themselves and take steps to identify where they may be stuck and then help them understand what to do about it. Additionally, I help clients apply this knowledge in their relationships with others. Lastly, you well be helped to understand the importance of boundaries in your relationships and how to reduce relationship conflicts and improve intimacy with others.
Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I applaud your courage.
