In today's world, stress and anxiety can play a large roll in the quality of one's life. I believe that I can help you sort out issues and make changes in a different way than family and friends can. Whether you are trying to cope with relationships, parenting, depression and anxiety, or just balancing life, I can offer help and guidance. I am a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker in private psychotherapy practice for over 20 years. I work with adults, individuals and couples. My areas of specialities include anxiety and depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, women's empowerment, divorce and parenting issues. I am also certified as an expressive therapist which allows me to use art, and creative assignments with clients to help them move through the growth process.
