I am a Licensed Clinician Social Worker for the state of Texas.

I help adults overcome anxiety, stress, perfectionism and imposter syndrome. I treat these areas by applying an evidence based modality, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) that is great at addressing thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Since I am holistic in nature, we will also explore body sensations and learn specific tools that will help to alleviate the impact that stress and anxiety have on body and mind.
