Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here! I imagine therapy is something that has been on your mind for a while so kudos for taking the first step to your mental wellness! Before you go any further, I want you to get rid of those negative things you’ve been told that have made you believe “Something’s wrong with me.” There’s nothing wrong with you! Whether we’re virtual or in-person, I encourage you to come as you are. Grab a water from the mini-fridge and get cozy on the couch or have your hot tea or coffee ready for our virtual session. If you’re looking for a clinical therapist who will use big words, it’s not me. We are going to have real conversations that include laughter and the use of common language!
