I am dedicated to helping you on your life’s journey and working on overcoming the obstacles you encounter. I look forward to work with you and help you reach your goals and create a better life, but first, let me provide you with information about me and my practice. I have a Master of Science Degree in Counseling from the California State University Fullerton. I have been in practice as a therapist in California for 7+ years. Prior to that, I practiced as a Licensed Psychologist in Colombia for 5+ years, which also allows me to provide my services in Spanish. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, positive, and humanistic counseling. As a therapist, I take a comprehensive approach to wellness. I believe that it is important to approach each person as a “whole” in a holistic way. It is very important to me that you get the support and results in you are looking for in your therapy and I would like your experience to be a very meaningful and positive one. I understand how important it may be for you to have someone to talk, listen, and validate your feelings at the same time provide you with the support you may need to move forward and find solutions to your current struggles.
