I am most helpful when working with people who have relationship issues, family or workplace stress or are having trouble adjusting to or dealing with life’s challenges and circumstances. I am open minded and easy to talk to and connect with. My style is interactive and collaborative. I provide a safe, comfortable, and open space for you to share you challenges, concerns, and burdens. I deliver therapeutic support with compassion, empathy and encouragement. I am really looking forward to meeting you and working with you to help you through your challenges. Other than my clinical skills, my biggest strengths are my interpersonal skills, vast life experiences and open-minded spirit. I offer an unbiased and professional ear, and an easygoing and patient nature. I am happy to discuss sensitive subjects as you feel ready to share them. I like to use my sense of humor at times to make sessions a little easier.
