About

I am a counselor licensed in Oklahoma with almost five years of experience working as a counselor and social worker. I have worked with clients from a wide range of age groups and with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. I have also worked with assault and abuse survivors.

My counseling style is open and warm. I believe in treating all people with respect and compassion. Any mental health treatment is a two way street, my clients are always active participants in their treatment planning and care.

Looking and asking for help is always the hardest first step to take. I love my job helping people find their healthier selves and living better lives, and I look forward to working with you!
