Life is messy, relationships are challenging, family members can push us to our limits and, amidst the chaos, we sometimes lose our balance and stumble. Whether you are looking to work through ongoing difficulties or learning to adapt to recent stressors, I have the skills and resources to guide you from pain and into a place of healing and growth. With a comforting and nurturing presence I am able to help individuals feel safe exploring and working though the challenges that arise in their lives.

I acknowledge that each person comes to therapy at different stages in life and with different needs. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions and draw upon theoretical orientations including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, and mindfulness to help you achieve your goals. Over the course of therapy, it is my goal to help you find purpose, meaning, and fulfillment in life despite the obstacles that you may be facing.
