I am licensed in Alabama with 4 years of professional work experience. In that time my primary specialization has been in the field of addiction/substance abuse. While treating individuals with substance use disorders, it is necessary to also address the underlying issues that drove the substance use in the first place. This has given me the opportunity to help my clients with additional issues such as depression, anxiety, personality disorders, family issues, self-esteem issues, spirituality, and trauma. I am trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients move through and cope with traumatic experiences that they have experienced.

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change.
