Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado. I have been a practicing therapist for over 20 years and have experience working with clients in a variety of different settings including outpatient, private practice, inpatient therapy, crisis assessments and group therapy. I love working with people and find being a therapist the most rewarding and fulfilling job. I use a compassionate and individualized approach to meet each person’s needs. I utilize the most current strategies in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Behavioral Modification to help clients with a variety of issues. I specialize in working through grief and loss issues, depression, anxiety, trauma/abuse, relationship issues, and helping people with stage of life issues. The most important aspect of my work with you will be to build a positive, trusting therapeutic relationship in which we can work through whatever difficulties you may be having.
