About

I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Master’s Certified Addiction Professional and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have more than 20 years of experience in the helping professions. I have worked with people with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, family of origin issues, mood disorder related issues, relationship issues, and general life concerns. I have also worked with people who have experienced some form of trauma in their lives.

My counseling style is collaborative. I believe you are the expert on you. I believe each of us is unique and precious and deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. My approach is client-centered, and combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and psychodynamic approaches. You are the most important person and I will do my best to meet your unique and specific needs.
