My mission is to provide a safe environment, in which you can grow, come to know yourself more deeply, and find ways to relieve your suffering. My counseling style is educational and therapeutic; warm and interactive yet can also be blunt when needed. I believe that each person is healthy and good, and that by learning more about yourself, you can get your needs met and live your life more fully. I treat my clients with respect and compassion while using motivation and a little gentle pushing.
