I am an Alabama Licensed Social Worker with gleaned experience working with diverse populations and age ranges including adults, adolescents, and children. Various genres of my work have included individuals of trauma, substance use/addiction, prior/current incarceration, daily coping, and parenting.

I believe in a holistic strengths-based approach to therapy and enjoy a diverse client population of individuals that may be dealing with childhood trauma, adult trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, self-esteem, substance use disorders, irrational thought patterns, and maladaptive coping skills.

Since a one-size-fits-all approach has not been proven effective, I focus on client-centered therapy utilizing Cognitive Behavioral approaches, Dialectical Behavioral approaches, and problem-solving techniques.

I am passionate about providing an environment where individuals and or families can find unconditional positive regard, safety, and support to explore and become the best version of themselves.
