I am licensed in Arizona with 16 years of professional work experience.
By focusing on communication, decision making, and problem solving techniques my clients are able to decrease depressive symptoms, improve relationships and self esteem. I also use behavioral strategies to help clients reduce anxiety and improve organization/time-management skills. Therapy is most effective when clients feel comfortable and at ease. I have a down-to-earth approach and am prepared to join my clients in a partnership that will enable them to grow and achieve both personal and professional goals.
