Hey there, if you are reading this, welcome to your virtual therapy space! I look forward to learning about you! I am a licensed professional counselor in Connecticut with 10 plus years of professional work experience. I have a Master's Degree in Art Therapy and Counseling. I have lived and practiced in CT and in Vermont. I have experience in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and recommendations for treatment and I have worked with several populations presenting with a variety of mental health needs such as helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, confidence, and coping with life changes among other significant life issues. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. You are taking a step further in exploring self-care. Having someone to talk to and guide you through your challenges, is a proactive and conscious way to ensure you are giving yourself the space you need to explore, grow, and create the changes you seek.
