Hi there! My name is Cierra. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio. I have been in the mental health field for over three years and have worked in various settings. I have experience working with individuals and group with a variety of mental and emotional disorders that include depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem issues, substance use, and many more. My goal is to meet you where you are at and help you feel supported throughout this process. I want you to feel heard and hope to help you work through or overcome whatever it is that brought you to me.

This will be a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space for you to say or feel those things you not have been able to with others. This a collaborative process and building trust is valuable. I want you to feel as if you have control -you are the expert and I am just helping you migrate through the minefield of life stressors. Do you need a push? Do you need to vent? Is your focus setting and achieving goals? Maybe just increasing your communication or assertiveness skills? Are there times when you do not feel good enough? We can work on all of these things together. Therapy is not a "one size fits all" thing. You took the step to come here. Let's take the next step and work towards a healthier you.
