Welcome, I am Ciara! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the States of Wisconsin and Kentucky. My professional experience comes from a variety of settings, such as schools, homes, outpatient treatment centers, and private practice. I welcome individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and young adults. I have experience in counseling individuals and families dealing with adjustment challenges, anxiety, and depression. I practice from a non-judgmental, empathetic, and genuine approach as I respect the power of one’s narrative. I embrace various treatment modalities to better assist those that I serve, as I am a believer in treating the whole person. I am skilled in activism, and mentorship, and I am an advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. I believe in change and that one can be the best version of themselves when allotted the space, time, encouragement, and tools to meet their overall wellness needs and desires.
