Hi! It's nice to meet with you. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the sunshine state of Florida. I have 11 years of experience working in the mental health field as a professional therapist. I have had the opportunity to work with clients from all age groups and cultural backgrounds struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar, relationship issues, family issues, life changes, and more. I also have worked with clients who have experienced trauma, emotional abuse, and struggled with self-esteem issues.

My therapeutic approach consists of being genuine, "I meet you where you're at." I believe in treating everyone with respect, compassion, and care. I utilize a multitude of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, rational-emotive behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, existential therapy, and client-centered therapy to help one overcome their struggles and achieve their goals. As we work together the objective is to tailor your treatment specific to your needs resulting in you accomplishing your desired goals.
