She has several years of experience as an outpatient therapist. She is experienced with various populations and settings such as correctional facilities, outpatient, crisis intervention, DMH provided services and in home therapy, providing quality therapeutic services. She enjoys working with children, teens, young adults and adults of all ages. What is your approach to therapy? Chrystal utilizes various evidence based therapeutic modalities and techniques. Such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, play therapy for youth, couples therapy, family therapy, and parent coaching. She has worked with clients who have had various needs and concerns. She has experience working with clients who have been diagnosed with ADHD, Autism, Bipolar, Anxiety, Depression, Schizophrenia, Substance use disorders, PTSD, and many other diagnoses.
