About

I am a licensed mental health therapist, licensed in Boise, Idaho and have been practicing since 2004. I have worked with a wide range of clients, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, family conflict, relationship issues, self harm, eating disorders, parenting skills, coping skills and life stress. I have experience with individuals, couples, families, adolescents and refugees. I also have helped many people who have experienced domestic violence and physical trauma.

My counseling style is warm and non judgmental. I believe in the therapeutic relationship and in providing a safe place for clients to be their authentic self. My approach is primarily person focused and combines techniques such as CBT, interpersonal process, mindfulness, solution focused and more. We will work together to tailor a plan that is individual to each person.

Reaching out to seek change takes bravery and I want to assist people to finding their true self and contentment in their relationships. I am here to support and encourage you in your process.
