I have over 20 years of experience working with people with various needs. I offer a range of approaches to assist you in moving through challenging life conditions towards finding more ease in life. I focus on relationship difficulties, life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, addictions and helping you integrate spirituality.

I specialize in mind-body connection, mindfulness, Buddhist psychology, health realization and energy psychology approaches to therapy. I welcome all populations and, as a clinical social worker, place emphasis on incorporating social justice into my practice.

I am passionate about serving the LGBTQIP2SA community. I am also dedicated to working with clinicians and healers to process their personal healing journey and craft a personal practice to support the highest level of wellness and outcomes in all aspects of life.
