Wanting change can be difficult and you are taking your first steps to make changes. I want to be able to help you define and connect or reconnect to your values in order improve the overall quality of your life. We will work to understand what your struggle is, take an inventory of your values and begin to look at the barriers that are interfering with your goals. The pain you may be going through currently or have experienced may have led to a deeper level of suffering, and I want you to know that you do not have to suffer.
We will first do an in-depth assessment together, then develop a treatment plan tailored to your individual goals. We will use techniques that are evidence based, ones I believe in and know can work based on my personal experiences. I want to help you build your self-efficacy, and work towards value-based solutions to life’s struggles.
I am compassionate, optimistic, and believe in meeting people where they are. I have put limits on my life I learned to use willingness and acceptance to move forward in life and want to do the same with you. Additionally, I will value you as a person and I will value working with you.

I primarily offer evening session (4:30PM-8:30PM) during the week and sessions in the mid-afternoon on Sundays. I DO NOT have availability during the weekdays from 8:00AM-4:30PM for video sessions, although I can sometimes accommodate phone or live chat sessions.
