This may include sleepless nights, depression, anxiety, or past trauma. Therapy is tough, but with consistent effort and a positive connection, healing can occur. Mental health affects all areas of our lives and by addressing these needs, patients begin to live more fulfilling lives. My ideal patient is curious and motivated to explore ways of improving the quality of their life in ways that are meaningful to them.
With 20+ years of experience as a licensed professional, I use evidenced-based treatment modalities to assist patients meet their goals. I have extensive experience working with military-connected individuals and families.
