I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Kentucky with over 13 years of experience working as a psychotherapist/counselor in Owensboro, Henderson, Morganfield, Glasgow, and Columbia Kentucky. I have provided treatment for adults, teens, and children with a wide range of symptoms including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, stress, and substance abuse/addiction. I have also helped many people who have experienced legal problems, physical trauma and emotional abuse.

My counseling style is warm, interactive, and client centered. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I don't believe in stigmatizing labels; the only labels that concern me are confident, mature, happy, and proud. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavior therapy, emotional maturity, reality therapy, and motivational interviewing. I will tailor our therapeutic treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs...you are the foremost expert on your life.
