Life can be chaotic; now more than ever before! It is easy to feel like you've lost sense of yourself. I believe we all have an inner guidance system, sort of like a compass, that leads us on our path. Through life’s traumas and all of the conditioning we go through in our day-to-day experience as humans, you might feel like that internal compass is broken. My name is Chris, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I completed my Masters of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Texas in 2015. I believe that every individual has the ability to find healing within, and I strive to empower my clients to explore all of who they are while I hold a space of compassion and non-judgment.
