Hello. My name is C. Wren McKittrick. I am a licensed therapist with 5 years of direct therapy work experience and over 11 years in the mental health field. I practice the following therapies: Person Centered, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Motivation Interviewing.

I take a teamwork approach to therapy. I strongly believe that every individual has positive skills and unique strengths that help get us through the challenges we face. I'd like to help you boost those skills and strengths so that you feel more confident in your ability to live life to your best potential. Individuals that I can best serve are those ready to make personal changes and take on the responsibility for creating changes in their lives.

As a person, I am an easy going and fun loving person. I am a husband and a father. I love sports, the outdoors and playing guitar.
