I practice counseling individuals and families at Mental Health of Southern Utah. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and addiction. I have helped many through addictions to pornography and other substances I have worked with teenagers and families for well over 10 years. I specialize in issues of attachment and was trained foundationally in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy from the Linehan Institute at the Mclean Hospital in Boston, MA. I have been trained in the Gottman approach for couples counseling and enjoy helping couples learn to connect and communicate. I am known for being a personable and understanding person, as well as lovingly direct with those I work with. I have a strong understanding of several therapy modalities, and I can help others identify that oftentimes the maladaptive perceptions that they have lead to much of their struggles in life.
