As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe the counseling journey is a joint effort between the client and counselor. The objective for my clients during this journey is to create a partnership where they feel safe, free to speak their minds, and introduce them to a process void of judgment focused on overall well-being and mutual respect. My style is one of partnership, emphasizing utilizing techniques and interventions best suited for each client's particular needs. I focus on supportive techniques while also respectfully challenging my clients to challenge themselves.
