Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I have been providing counseling and mental health services to a wide variety of clients for the past 6 years. I have lived in Arkansas all my life and received both my bachelors and graduate degrees from the University of Central Arkansas. I primarily work from a cognitive behavioral (CBT), person-centered, and interpersonal approach and have used these approaches to treat people with depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, relationship and family issues, bipolar/mood disorders, life adjustments, and career exploration. I also have extensive training and experience in treating trauma, as I am trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) and I will be receiving extensive training in EFT (emotional freedom therapy) in July so I can expand upon my skills in couples, marriage, and family counseling.

It is very important to me that you are comfortable with your therapist. My therapy style is very warm, inviting, and non-judgmental, as I believe the therapeutic relationship is of upmost importance. I treat everyone with respect, compassion, and empathy, as I believe this is the way everyone should be treated. I also consider myself an ally to those that have faced discrimination, harassment, and those within the LGBT+ community.
