Whatever has happened in your life doesn't define who you are today. Our stories and past reactions don't define us, it is how we react today to those old wounds that makes up who we are today.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of Colorado, working with diverse populations. I have 4 years post Master's experience in psychotherapy, but I have been working one on one with individuals for 10 years. I am trained in psychodynamic theory but since one shoe doesn't fit everybody, I try to take on an eclectic practice in order to meet you where you are right now. My specialties include, depression, anxiety, life changes, LGBTQ+ concerns and support, trauma, and working with people who hear voices. As a therapist I believe you are the expert about you, I will always take an approach centering around you and your life experiences. I believe by working through the pain, fear, and anxiety we can all live more contented lives.

I understand how hard it can be to find someone who will listen, care, and empathize in a way where you feel heard. It is important to me that we can work together and help you achieve your goals.
