This world is full of uncertainty, doubt, pain, joys, triumphs, misery, chaos, peaks and valleys, and all of those moments in between. There are times when everything in your life may appear to be going smoothly and things go off without a hitch. There are other times during which no matter how hard you try, you find yourself in a whirlwind of chaos and turmoil, walking down a dark and lonely path with nobody in sight to throw you a lifeline. There are times in your life when you may feel misunderstood by family and friends, and you need someone to really listen, empathize, and validate your experience. I am here to walk alongside of you and help you to navigate challenges and overcome obstacles that you encounter in your life journey. I specialize in working with and supporting individuals who struggle with drug and alcohol addiction along with co-occurring mental health challenges. I have experience helping to empower children and adolescents with behavioral and mental health challenges and their families.
