I specialize in therapy with children, adolescents, and young adults. I can help with issues such as anxiety, ADHD, grief, depression, divorce, and parenting support. I am a certified attention deficit consultant (ADC-C) and also a certified grief counselor (GC-C) through the American Institute of Health Care Professionals (AIHCP.) I enjoy getting to know my clients and building trust through kindness, compassion, and patience. I try to incorporate humor while being supportive but also giving strategies, psychoeducation, and sometimes just a listening ear.
