Many people seek therapy to improve the quality of their experiences. Over the past decade, I have worked with many individuals, couples, and families in diverse capacities. I pride myself in my ability to join with you; we are in this together. Every technique, metaphor, even humor is purposefully designed to improve your experience. My style of treatment is guided by the philosophy that we are the architects of our own happiness. Together, we can break down false belief systems and design a world focused on fulfillment.

My profession is education. With a second Masters Degree in Childhood & Special Education, I teach middle-school during the day and at university by night. I am familiar with all phases of academic and social development, milestones, and adversities. Alongside these positions, my vocational role within New York Marriage Association for Marriage & Family Therapy (NYAMFT) is in service to the board of our Metro Chapter, as Ethics & By-Laws Committee Chair. My private practice is entirely e-therapy.
