About

I'm a licensed counselor working in Mississippi with four years of experience providing therapy for youth, adults, and families. (Prior, I was a high school English teacher for almost a decade, so please forgive any lingering nerdiness.)

I've helped clients with everything from stress, anxiety and depression, to relational conflicts, trauma, and abuse--and most things in between; and I've worked with clients from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds and value systems--diversity which I genuinely cherish. I believe that no matter one's age or point in life, growth is a fundamental aspect of health and the healing process, and I look forward to helping you grow in the ways that matter to you.
