Hello, my name is Chris Dougherty, and I am independently licensed counselor with supervisor credentials in both Georgia and Ohio. I appreciate you taking the time to read my bio and I am looking forward to meeting with you. I believe everyone is on a unique walk and will face situations they could have never prepared for at some point in their life. With over 10 years of direct counseling experience, I am honored when others choose me in those situations to help them navigate along their journey of self improvement. Let me start things by telling you a little about myself I have been married for 18 years and have 5 terrific children. I enjoy trying new things but some of my favorite past times are spending time with my family, working on cars, enjoying music, hiking, fishing, and adventuring in new towns. My education actually started as a direct admit into a Mechanical Engineering program but I felt called to go into the helping professions and have been volunteering or working in a helping role since 2001. My blend of education and experiences are what makes me unique and I strive in helping others clarify and make their vision a reality.
